Registration:

A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of registration.  Registration fees are applied to one or multiple classes throughout the season.  Please see Registration Rates below for early and regular registration fee pricing.

Late Season Intro Registration:  Students joining a level 1 or beginning level class in January or later will be charged our Late Season Intro Registration of $100.  We will include an "intro" private lesson.  The private lesson will help the beginner student catch up on material taught and feel more confident joining the class mid-season. 

 

Tuition:

Empire of Dance bills for tuition on the 25th of each month which is applied to the following month.  We charge as a flat fee each month, regardless of how many weeks fall in each month.  The school calendar has been calculated to average 4 classes per month. Students joining a class mid-month will be prorated. No refunds will be given for missed lessons.  

  

Auto-Pay

Tuition will be discounted each month for using auto draft from a credit card or bank account.  Credit card or bank draft information will be submitted upon registration through our secure, online payment processing system.  

 

Class Withdrawal Policy 

If a student chooses to discontinue any or all classes during the school year, a parent or guardian must  complete an electronic withdrawal form. This form is sent to the guardian once an email notification of the desired withdrawal is sent to and received by Empire of Dance.  Withdrawal forms may not be completed verbally with teachers or over the phone, only by an email notification and a completed electronic withdrawal form.  Withdrawal forms must be completed 1 month prior to the student's last day of class. In the event a withdrawal form is completed less than 1 month prior to the student's last class, tuition for 1 month will still be charged.  To request an withdrawal form, please email empiredancefam@gmail.com

Class Make Up Policy 

The studio has recently made some changes to our class make-up policy and the new policy is as follows:

• If the studio is closed or cancels a class, students will be welcome to attend a make-up class.      

• All make-up classes must be used within 30 days of the absence.  

• All make-up classes must be in an age and level appropriate class.

• Parents will need to call or email ahead to schedule the make up class.

 

Care of Students

Empire of Dance is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students.  Young children are not to be left at the school for excessive time periods before or after their classes. In the event you are late picking up past 15 min, a $25 late charge will be applied to your account.

Injuries

Parents, legal guardians of minors, and students waive the right to any legal action against Empire of Dance for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal dance activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class time.
